Introduction

The Cashier is responsible for managing and handling of cash, entering bills, purchase expenses and medicine return summary sheet.

Responsibilities

1. Manage & handling of all types of cash
2. Managing change, backup change for weekends
3. Charging cash against bill
4. Duty handover to other cashier
5. Closing of cash as per summary sheet & system
6. Ensuring originality of cash notes
7. Responsible for any type of cash deficit
8. Any other assigned by pharmacist

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum matric, preferably intermediate
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the relevant field/retail pharmacy
• PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Good Microsoft excel Skills 
  • Good Communication Skills
